The AHMAD KHALIL ARAYSSI PASTRY COMPANY or AKAPC is a Lebanese pastry business established in 1844 in Beirut Lebanon by Said Arayssi.
Located in Al Burj - Place des Martyrs, the business flourished as it was passed on from generation to generation.

Said Arayssi passed the company on to his son Khalil Arayssi who passed it on to his son Ahmad Arayssi who in turn passed it on to his son Sami Arayssi, the 4th generation of Arayssi making the finest sweets.

In 1992 Sami Arayssi immigrated to the United States bringing with him all the sweet taste and memories Al Burj and its good days left him.
He established Sweet Arayssi in Brooklyn, New York and from there he has been providing the finest sweets ever since.

AKAPC has been in continuous operation since its founding and is known to be one of the most reputed pastry producers in the Middle East, for the quality of its products.
